Come Halloween, and here is our list of 10 terrifying , salacious movies to watch

  1. The Exorcist (1973)This Oscar-winning film still terrifies you to the bone. Directed by William Friedkin, this hallowen style film is about a young mother (Ellen Burstyn) who tries to exorcise her young daughter (Linda Blair), is brimming with old-fashioned scare shots and a highly quotable script, plus kitschy practical effects that still manage to rival some of today’s CGI.
  2. Scream (1996) Are you a scary movies fan, and enjoy scarry moments on screen and TV at home then you just cant stop talking about or watching Scream. This movie marked the beginning of a new era for scary movies. Written by Kevin Williamson and directed by Wes Craven, Scream is the perfect mixture of ’90s pop culture . The series has produced four sequels and a TV series (some good, some…not so much) but the original remains the best.
  3. Halloween Directed by auteur John Carpenter, Halloween tells the story of child psychopath Michael Myers, who is locked away after murdering his 15-year-old sister at the age of 6. He breaks out 15 years later, hell-bent on murdering his other sister, Laurie, played by preeminent scream queen Jamie Lee Curtis. This movie certainly beyond doubt is a must list on Hallowen movie days. Not only does it carry the Halloween title the holiday in the very title, but it’s a torch bearer in the horror genre.
