Jawaani Jaaneman Review: A trio of comedic dynamos, undeniably funny – that is in short the movie review.

The hilarious film directed by Nitin Kakkar, starring Saif Ali Khan as a 40 year-old father and debutant Alaya Furniturewala as his daughter, alongside Tabu has many elements that will keep your joyride at a high all the time.

What makes the film come out brilliantly is the casting. Saif Ali Khan plays his role with lot of intensity.  Alaya F, making her debut, is brilliant and Tabu in a cameo role is superb as a hip-hop character whose only focus is to keep her chakras perfectly aligned.

The story: An uncommitted, high on life, single man discovers he has a 21-year-old female offspring. What shocks him is that she is pregnant . Now, the story revolves around a trio Saif, his daughter and mommy a fun loving freaked out Tabu, will father saif  rise up to the circumstances or move on to live his easy going-fun  life in denial?

The fun in Jawaani Jaaneman starts when Jaswinder Singh asks 21 year old Tia  “Kya main lagta hoon unhappy married types?” , and then she shocks him revealing that there is a 33.3% chance that he is her dad.

The beauty of the film rest on Saif Ali Khan and his impeccable performance. Remember the flying skirt poster ( iconic Marilyn Monroe Photo), he just delivers the right dose of fun every single frame. He is absolutely natural, while Alaya F as a young girl effort to reunite with her father against all odds is equally admirable.

Jawaani Jaaneman may also take you to some nostalgic moments when you are at your best as an adult yearning to do funky things. It is a breezy entertainer with a predictable end.

Go watch it is fun, and the trio woven in complex relationships wont disappoint you. One brings the charm, The other adds the spice 🌶 And he brings the party

The  Jackky Bhagnani; Deepshikha Deshmukh; Saif Ali Khan film has got everything right to succeed.
