World Famous Lover Movie Review: A Teary Saga Unrelenting Love and Pain.  World Famous Lover tires you, it is a teary journey form beginning to end. Does Love have so much pain? tears? …Love does not bring any happiness? Joy. It is a very difficult premise, hard to convince.

“If there’s any thing that’s selfless in this world, it’s only love. And I want to be the world’s most famous lover,” Vijay Devarakona, the hero of the film says.  It is a movie that you might find him playing a stereotype role.

There is so much complexity in the Story having four diverse love saga. While Rajesh plays a simple, homely housewife; Khanna and Tresa enter the protagonist’s life as lovers. Leite plays the role of a pilot with whom the hero is also romantically involved. Through these characters, try hard to convince the audience, love is not about compromise, love is sacrifice and that there’s purity in love.

The story revolves around a struggling writer dumped by his live in girl friend, he crafts love stories and gives him a sense of highness, that he has sacrificed so much for love . Then all of a sudden, the writing begin to fade away, as reality strikes and brings in realization that no story in the world can fill the vacuum left by the girl he loves.

On a quick note, one good thing is Devarakonda stating this will be his last love story. Truly, he must as it is too much. like arjun reddy part 2.

Directed by Kranthi Madhav, World Famous Lover did hold a lot of promise in the beginning of the movie. But, thereafter for two hours and more it is a saga of his tears and frustration.

The premise of the story is how the writer Gautham (Vijay Devarakonda) tries to woo back his love by writing , about fictional characters, when his live in parter Yamini decides to leave him, and then he takes on to writing to prove a point to her, introducing us to the world of Seenayya (Vijay Deverakonda), Suvarna (Aishwarya Rajesh) and Smitha (Catherine Tresa). How he uses these fictional characters to feel better about himself and to convince Yamini to take him back is the crux of the story.

Will he be able to save his relationship? It is a painful decision, a movie goer have to make to know sitting through all the tears, sadness and madness the film offers. It is also a very painful ending, that we do not expect , how love should culminate.

It might be for those who like Arjun Reddy kind film, who can sit through pain, and sorrows.

watch the trailer – it does disappoint, after you expect so much more from the actor and the movie.
