Kangana’s Sis Rangoli Shouts Back after Twitter Account Locks Her Account ; After Twitter on a swift move, and ensuring that no hate speech or unwarranted messages are posted on the social media posts, came down heavily on Queen Actress Kangana Ranaut manager-sister Rangoli Chandel.
They found it is a hate speech. She wrote in her post just before her account was suspended Twitter account demanding that “mullas” and secular media” be made to “stand in a line” and be killed.
Soon after the tweet was posted there was an outburst in the social media by many twitteraties they began writing that the post as a hate speech and urged strong action by twitter and demanded that Chandel’s verified account be suspended.
Chandel had earlier tweeted a post in favour of dictatorship, suggesting that the 2024 Lok Sabha election should be cancelled to save money and enable Narendra Modi to continue as prime minister.
Shouting back and sharing a quick reaction to this action by Twitter, Kangana Ranauat Sister in an interview with a Mumbai based tabloid expressed these words…
“Twitter is an American platform absolutely biased and anti-India, you can make fun of Hindu Gods call Prime Minister and Home Minister terrorists but if you say anything about people pelting stones on health workers and Police forces they suspend your account, I have no desire of empowering any such platforms with my perspective and honest opinions, so I am not reviving my account, I was my sister’s spokesperson now watch out for her direct interviews, she is a huge star she has many ways of reaching out, a biased platform can be easily avoided.”
The outburst with many well known people on twitter was even more loud as Rangoli was condemned on social media by filmmaker Reema Kagti, actress Kubbra Sait, jewellery designer Farah Khan Ali and other users for Rangoli’s post, they wrote it is a communally-divisive tweet about the Moradabad stone pelting incident, in which health workers were attacked by locals.
In fact, Reema Kagti tagged Mumbai Police and Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray in her tweet slamming Ms Chandel; Kubbra Sait said she had blocked Ms Chandel and also reported her to Twitter.
Farah Khan Ali, who asked that an FIR be lodged against Ms Chandel for her tweet, thanked Twitter for suspending her account. Tagging Twitter and its CEO Jack Dorsey and sharing a screenshot of Ms Chandel’s suspended account, she wrote: “Thank you for suspending this account. I reported this because she targeted a specific community…”
