Priyanka Chopra Wants Madhur Bhandarkar to Reboot ‘Fashion‘ ; This is an interesting question (being revisited again) , which Priyanka Chopra ( who won the national award for this movie) , her fans and maybe even Madhur Bhandarkar, who might want a sequel.
In fact, in an interview some time ago, the creator of Fashion, Madhur Bhandarkar told media that the thought and the concept of Fashion 2 is ready, adding that there are many stories from the fashion world to be told.
Now, this comes at a time, when every star wants to get back to lights, camera and action, after a prolonged lockdown. And, not just getting back, they want to work on projects that will make them and their fans proud.
One such movie is Fashion, this movie had created great buzz the box office. Under the direction of Madhur Bhandarkar, the lead actor Priyanka Chopra went on to win a National Award. Both Arjan Bawa and Priyanka peformance were immensely praised, even their director Madhur Bhandarkar.
Though this desire did not come from Priyanka Chopra her co-star of Fashion Arjan Bawa revealed this in a recent interview to a portal. And, that sounded very interesting.
Priyanka Chopra, Arjan Bajwa and Kangana Ranaut starrer ‘Fashion’ revolved around the glamorous world of fashion and the life of models. Speaking to a news website, Arjan expressed that Priyanka and he had been pursuing their desire to reboot Fashion and they have been coaxing Madhur Bhandarkar to work on ‘Fashion 2’ and write a story but sequel, are not easy to make, and we believe as much as Madhur Bhandarkar that if there is a story it has be more compelling than Fashion 1.
‘Fashion’ got Priyanka Chopra her very first National Award and Kangana Ranaut bagged the National Award for Best Supporting Actress performance in the movie.
Fashion is the story of one small town girl with big city ambitions, set against the glittering backdrop of the glamorous but ruthless world of haute couture fashion.
