The deadly novel coronavirus pandemic has changed the life of everyone upside down globally. And with this unknown virus that hit our lives, followed by the 3-4 month-long lockdown, ensured all activities standstill and staying indoors became a new normal of 2020. Bollywood superstar Ranbir Kapoor is no different. He too would have been married, had the pandemic not been there.

In an interview with Rajeev Masand, Ranbir Kapoor talked about various things. From now being a voracious reader to watching loads of good content during lockdown – the ‘Sanju’ actor opened up on all.
When asked about his wedding plans, Ranbir quipped that “the deal would’ve been ‘sealed’ had the ‘pandemic not hit our lives’. I don’t want to jinx it by saying anything. I want to tick mark that goal very soon in my life.”
Alia Bhatt will play a character called Sita in SS Rajamouli’s RRR. Actor Alia Bhatt on has joined the sets of filmmaker SS Rajamouli’s upcoming Telugu magnum opus RRR and has began shooting her sequences. In the film, she plays a character called Sita and is paired opposite Ram Charan.
This project marks her Telugu debut. “Yes, Alia has joined the sets and she begins shooting from today. She will complete her portion in the next 2-3 weeks and then leave.
The shoot of RRR resumed after close to eight months on October 6. The makers recently completed a 50-day major action sequence which they shot without a break. RRR, which is being made on a lavish budget, will be a fictional story set in the 1920s pre-independent era and it will be based on the lives of two real heroes and well-known revolutionaries – Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem.
2021 is going to be a game-changing year for Ranbir Kapoor. It’ll kickstart with the dropping of the first part of the Brahmastra trilogy directed by Ayan Mukherjee. This film will be followed by films like Shamshera and Luv Ranjan’s next. With a busy schedule like that, it is apparent why Ranbir Kapoor steps out every other day.
Ranbir Kapoor is usually seen covering long distances on his cycle and sometimes even goes to places of work on the bike. With a host of bikes which includes the foldable mountain bike, the actor’s new hobby is rather eco-friendly.
But we’re all also living in the middle of a pandemic, so Ranbir makes sure he’s taking all the necessary COVID-19 precautions before stepping out. He’s never seen without a mask or clothes that prioritises comfort. Case in point, a recent biking trip with his friends, where he wore a quirky work-out outfit.
So, by all means, 2021 will be quite an eventful year for Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor and their fans !
