Rashmi Rocket Taapsee Pannu will on a roar in 2021. Starting 2020 with five films ready to go on the floors, Taapsee Pannu despite having to spent 2020 at home like the rest of us, due to COVID19 pandemic, she is on top gear in 2021 as she begins shoot for her line up of films in 2021. The actress flew down to Jaipur to shoot for a Tamil film, which she completed in a month-long, start-to-finish schedule.
Then she moved on to shoot the remaining portions of her romantic-thriller ‘Haseen Dillruba’ which was stuck in a limbo after a countrywide shut down came into effect. By November, she had started shooting for ‘Rashmi Rocket’, based on the life of a sprinter, and alternated it with the filming of ‘Looop Lapeta’ an adaptation of German cult-classic ‘Run Lola Run’.

In an interview she said I might even have six (smiles)! We had late night shifts for ‘Rashmi Rocket’ till the last day of 2020 and began day shoots from January 2, so, the first day of the year was a turnaround day and we got a holiday and since ‘Thappad’ was the last film I had watched on the big screen, I wanted to start the year by going to the theatre. I wasn’t paranoid at all because I have been travelling in a plane, where you sit right next to each other. At least here there is a gap of a seat in between.

But it was bittersweet for me, what with the poor theatre staff constantly having to assure everyone that the movie-watching experience was safe.
Talking about her lifestyle It is functionality, not glamour, that appeals to @taapsee . “I love dressing up, but comfort and ease of movement are vital. No pencil skirts, but shorts or saris for me. No sedans, but an SUV instead,” she reveals.
