Taapsee Pannu announced today the launch of her new venture as a producer. She has floated a company called Outside Films. The actress took to Instagram to announce the lunch of her production house, in partnership with friend Pranjal Khandhdiya and penned an emotional note and thanked everyone who supported her in her journey. She promised her fans to deliver good content. BLURR will the first project under this banner.
Taapsee was last seen in Haseen Dillruba. The film was hailed by critics and the audience alike. Now, Taapsee is taking a step forward in her career by taking up production.

Launching her production house on social media, Taapsee wrote, “Last year when it was almost a decade since I plunged into the dream this Indian Film Industry is , I never knew I will not just float but actually learn to swim my way through. For someone who never dreamt of being a public figure I am forever grateful to everyone who has bestowed so much love and trust in me and my work (sic).”
She added, “Time for some payback , because with great power comes greater responsibility. So wish me luck and I promise to try my best to bring the best , coz the view is the best from the “outside” Writing a new chapter of life , now as a producer with the “Outsider Films” #OutsidersFilms #NewChapter (sic).”
