Alia Bhatt announced that she is back on the sets of RRR Movie. Her announcement comes after Ram Charan and Jr NTR, share their messages that both have resumed shooting for SS Rajamouli’s RRR post lockdown 2021.

The Gangu Bhai Kathiawadi actress took to her Instagram stories to share that she is flying to Hyderabad to shoot her sequences for the film. RRR will mark Alia’s Tollywood debut. The makers of the film revealed that the shooting is in its final stages and the film will release in theatres on October 13.

Taking to her Instagram stories, Alia Bhatt wrote, “And finally…Team RRR here I come @rrrmovie (sic).”

Alia Bhatt, who shared the making video of RRR on July 15, is all set to join the sets of the film. On Tuesday, July 20, the actress took to her Instagram stories to reveal to her fans that she is finally jetting off to Hyderabad to resume shooting for the film.

The big budget action drama star line is incredible and features Jr NTR, Ram Charan, Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn, Samuthirakani, Ray Stevenson, Alison Doody, Shriya Saran and Olivia Morris in pivotal roles.

Set in the pre-independence era, RRR is a fictional take on the lives of Indian freedom fighters Komaram Bheem (Jr NTR) and Alluri Seetharama Raju (Ram Charan). The film has been shot in Hyderabad, where massive sets have been erected to recreate the era. Slated to hit theatres on October 13, the pan-India film will release in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada.

The movie also features Olivia who will be playing a pivotal role in his upcoming film, Roudram Ranam Rudhiram (RRR). She will play Jennifer in the movie set in pre-independence India. Rajamouli revealed Olivia’s look in a tweet:

Produced by DVV Danayya under the DVV Entertainment banner, the film has been made on a massive budget of Rs 450 crore. Since the teaser launch, the film has garnered interest among the audience and keeps trending on Twitter.
