Phantom Hospital a movie about Health Care System Scandal will mark the debut of well-known popular Malayalam director Mahesh Narayanan, who has to his credit successful films like Take Off, CU Soon and Malik. Mahesh new film is titled Phantom Hospital and it is based on a scandal in the health care system.
His recent Malayalam film was Fahadh Faasil ‘ Malik. The film was applauded by critics and audiences. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh announced the film and wrote, “IT’S OFFICIAL… ACCLAIMED MALAYALAM DIRECTOR MAKES HIS HINDI FILM DEBUT… #MaheshNarayanan – director of #TakeOff, #CUSoon and #Malik [all starring #FahadhFaasil] – will direct his first #Hindi film… Titled #PhantomHospital… Based on a scandal from the healthcare sector (sic).”
Phantom Hospital‘s story and screenplay was written by Akash Mohimen and Mahesh Narayanan. It is produced by Priti Shahani, who has been earlier associated with films like Talvar, Raazi and Badhaai Ho, and award-winning investigative journalist and author Josy Joseph.
