Mumbai, India | 18 December 2025: Akshay Khanna’s latest blockbuster, “Dhurandar,” continues to soar at the box office, surpassing yet another milestone as it nears the coveted Rs 450-crore club. The film, which entered the Rs 400-crore club in just 12 days, is now on track to cross the Rs 450-crore mark, thanks to a stellar performance on December 13, where it earned Rs 25.50 crore, according to trade tracker Sacnilk. With this, the film’s total box office earnings stand at a staggering Rs 437.25 crore.
The film’s impressive box office run started right from its opening weekend, where it grossed Rs 103 crore. The first three days saw solid numbers: Rs 28 crore on Friday, Rs 32 crore on Saturday, and a massive Rs 43 crore on Sunday. This strong opening set the tone for the movie’s continued success.
Following the weekend, “Dhurandar” maintained its momentum through the weekdays. On Monday, the film earned Rs 23.25 crore, followed by Rs 27 crore on Tuesday. By then, it had crossed Rs 150 crore in just five days. The box office collection kept rising steadily through the week, with Wednesday and Thursday each bringing in Rs 27 crore, resulting in a total first-week tally of Rs 207.25 crore.
“Dhurandar” Is Akshay Khanna’s Biggest Hit Yet
The second weekend continued the winning streak, with the film bringing in Rs 32.5 crore on Friday, Rs 53 crore on Saturday, and Rs 58 crore on Sunday. Even the weekdays remained strong with Rs 30.5 crore on Monday, Rs 30 crore on Tuesday, and Rs 25.50 crore on Wednesday. With these remarkable numbers, the film’s total now stands at Rs 437.25 crore, with the possibility of breaking into the Rs 450-crore club very soon.
The incredible success of “Dhurandar” has marked a new career high for Akshay Khanna, who continues to prove his box-office appeal. His performance in the action-packed thriller has resonated strongly with audiences, and this film’s success only solidifies his standing as one of Bollywood’s most bankable stars.
