Sushant Singh News: Whats the latest as on August 4, 2020: Meetu Singh, one of the sisters of the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput, has penned a heartbreaking note for him on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan. She opened up about the ‘excruciating pain’ and void left behind by him.
In an Instagram post, Meetu wrote, “Bhai, We are still in a state of shock and can’t believe that you aren’t there physically with us. Kareena Kapoor Khan, a fourth-generation actor, has weighed in on the nepotism debate that has been reignited in the wake of Sushant Singh Rajput’s death. Those from film families have been at the receiving end of much criticism amid allegations that the late actor was shunned for being an outsider.

In an interview with Barkha Dutt, Kareena Kappor stated that instead of actually understanding the situation, people are in attack mode. She added that instead of looking at everyone from a privileged background in a negative light, the ‘larger picture’ needs to be looked at.

Kareena said that she does not look at her journey as having got opportunities just because of her lineage. “It might sound weird but my struggle is there. There is a struggle but it probably is not as interesting as somebody who comes in a train with just Rs 10 in his pocket. Yeah, it’s not been that and I can’t be apologetic about it,” she said.
Bihar DGP Accuses Mumbai Police Ignoring Financial Muddle in Sushant Singh Death Probe
Bihar Director General of Police (DGP) Gupteshwar Pandey has accused the Mumbai Police of not investigating the financial angle in the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. He alleged that in the past four years, Rs 50 crore was withdrawn from the late actor’s account, and Rs 15 crore was withdrawn in the last year alone.
“In the past four years, around Rs 50 crore was credited to the bank account of Sushant Singh Rajput but surprisingly all of it was withdrawn. In one year, Rs 17 crore was credited to his account, out of which Rs 15 crore was withdrawn. Isn’t this a crucial point to be investigated? We are not going to sit quiet. We will question them (Mumbai Police) as to why such leads are hushed up,” the DGP told the media, reports IANS.
Earlier, the DGP had alleged that Vinay Tiwari, the Patna (Central) Superintendent of Police who has been sent from Bihar to lead the investigation, was ‘forcibly quarantined’ in Mumbai.
Last month, Sushant’s father KK Singh filed an FIR against Rhea and her family, alleging that she misappropriated crores of rupees from the late actor’s bank account for personal expenses. Rhea has also been accused of abetment to suicide and threatening to frame Sushant for the death of his former manager, Disha Salian.
Taking cognisance of the FIR against Rhea, the Enforcement Directorate filed a money laundering case against her and her relatives. Reportedly, she will be called in for questioning in the coming days.

Sanjana Sanghi shared precious memories from the sets of Dil Bechara, her debut film as a lead actor. She took to her Instagram stories to post pictures of her and Sushant Singh Rajput’s first-ever look test as well as their first shot together.
In the picture of their first look test, Sanjana sports shoulder-length hair and wears a breathing tube, while Sushant wears a beanie and hoodie. “Sushant and Sanjana do their first ever look test together as Manny and Kizie,” she wrote along with it.
The other picture was a behind-the-scenes photo of a monitor showing a shot of Sushant and Sanjana looking at something on a laptop. “Kizie and Manny’s first ever shot together,” it was captioned. The location tag revealed that the picture was taken in Jamshedpur.

She has tweeted that Mumbai had lost its “humanity” and was “no more safe to live” looking at the way the metropolis police was handling the Sushant Singh Rajput death case.
The tweet invited a backlash from Shiv Sena and NCP leaders who claimed Amruta Fadnavis was criticising the same police force of which she is a protectee.
“The manner in which Sushant Singh Rajput Death Case is being handled-I feel Mumbai has lost humanity and is no more safe to live for innocent, self respecting citizens,” Ms Fadnavis tweeted.
