Malaika Arora COVID-19 survivor has been largely practicing and propagating yoga to people around her. Now, the actress has even started a 14-day workshop for people through her Yoga app.

Her series of video boasts of physical and mental wellness programmes. The actress will also be seen giving diet tips and immunity-boosting ideas in the workshop.

With hampered sleeping schedules being among the factors affecting people in the lockdown, Arora added that her programme will also talk about rest.

The actress also told the news portal that there was not even a single day when she ditched yoga during the lockdown last year. According to her it is a necessity, and one need not worry about stepping out to stay fit.

Apart from this, Malaika Arora is majorly in the news for her relationship with Arjun Kapoor. Although they have come out in open about their relationship, they have made it clear that marriage is not on their cards anytime soon.

On the work front, Arjun has films like, ‘Ek Villain Returns’ where he will be seen sharing screen space with John Abraham, Disha Patani and Tara Sutaria in lead roles. Apart from this, he also has ‘Bhoot Police’ with Saif Ali Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez and Yami Gautam.
