Review:
The movie opens in a Wayanad valley of Kerala, where a girl Jessy (Anna Ben) from Poovarmala and her mom live together , helping each other. Then, on a fine day Jessy’s mother asks her to dial a customer, and by accident she dials a wrong number. On the other side of the phone is Vishnu (Roshan Mathew), an auto driver from Malappuram. The drama in Kappela begins here.
While this happens a prosperous family boy Benny approaches Jessy Family asking for here hand, and to get married. While, the families decide to get them married, Jessy embarks on a journey to meet her wrongly dialed person Vishnu in Kozhikode. But, a strange things happen there as they meet Roy (Sreenath Bhasi).
Muhammad Mustafa’s the National award-winning actor debut directorial brings our attention on sex trafficking and the challenges young girls and women face.The handphone is an an important element in the film.
It is a thrilling film shot in the beautiful locales of Kannur, Malappuram, Kozhikode and Wayanad backed by beautiful cinematography.
Sreenath Bhasi plays the role of a mysterious man with varied character and he is a man to watch perform in brilliance throughout the movie.
Anna Ben, and Roshan Mathew, have good chemistry and with Sreenath, the trio adds lot of thrill in the movie and lets you stretch your leg and enjoy the movie from start to finish.
The action sequences are well shot and have been woven well into the movie, without much exaggeration.
The movie is worth a watch, and the director has done well to highlight his story in a well mannered manner with casts supporting his vision in totality.
