KGF Chapter Box Office Collection is on its way to create a new high in the film industry. Yash’s KGF: Chapter 2 has been in theatres for a month and is still raking in money. The Yash movie has now crossed the Rs 1100 crore barrier and shows no signs of slowing down.
KGF the multiple language film, has stayed on top since its release in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi cinema box office and retained its momentum even now. KGF 2 is now on the verge of crossing the Rs 1200-crore milestone.
Directed by Prashanth Neel, KGF: Chapter 2 released in theatres on April 14. The film has been dominating the global box office ever since it hit the cinemas.
KGF: Chapter 2 has been consistently performing well at the box office. In 26 days, the film earned Rs 1162.87 crore worldwide and is refusing to slow down. Trade analyst Manobala Vijayabalan took to Twitter to share the collection report.
KGF Chapter Box Office Collection set to breach Rs 1200 Cr Mark

Manobala wrote, “#KGFChapter2 WW Box Office REFUSES to give up to new releases. Week 1 – Rs 720.31 cr. Week 2 – Rs 223.51 cr. Week 3 – Rs 140.55 cr. Week 4 Day 1 – Rs 11.46 cr. Day 2 – Rs 8.90 cr. Day 3 – Rs 24.65 cr. Day 4 – Rs 25.42 cr. Day 5 – Rs 8.07 cr. Total – Rs 1162.87 cr (sic).”
KGF: Chapter 2 is written and directed by Prashanth Neel. The film features Yash as Rocky Bhai, Sanjay Dutt as Adheera, Raveena Tandon as Ramika Sen and Srinidhi Shetty as Reena. Prakash Raj, Malavika Avinash, Saran and Eswari Rao were seen in supporting roles. Cinematographer Bhuvan Gowda, editor Ujwal Kulkarni and composer Ravi Basrur are part of the technical team.
Undoubtedly, KGF Chapter 2 has emerged as a grand success as it recently became the highest-grossing film of 2022.
KGF Chapter 2 broke several box office records. The Hindi version of the film claimed the highest opening day, opening weekend and opening week for any film in the Hindi belt and became the fastest film to reach the Rs 250 crore benchmark. KGF Chapter 2 also became the only Kannada film to cross the Rs 100 crore mark at the Tamil Nadu box office.
the film became the third highest-grossing Indian movie, surpassing SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus RRR which featured Ram Charan and Jr NTR in the lead roles. It also recently became the first South Indian film to be screened in South Korea.
And now, the film is all set to enter the prestigious Rs 1,200 crore club. The worldwide box office collection of KGF Chapter 2 currently stands at over Rs 1160 crore.
As per trade analyst Manobala Vijayabalan, KGF Chapter refuses to give up and is inching closer to the Rs 1,200 crore mark.
