For the uninitiated, the Hindi franchise is adapted from the acclaimed Malayalam originals headlined by Mohanlal. While the first Hindi film launched in 2015 under the direction of the late Nishikant Kamat, this thrilling continuation has been setting box office milestones on fire.

Stepping back into his iconic shoes, Devgn reprises his role as Vijay Salgaonkar, the protective cable operator caught in a high-stakes cat-and-mouse game to shield his family from the law. The returning ensemble features familiar faces like Tabu, Shriya Saran, Rajat Kapoor, Ishita Dutta, and Mrunal Jadhav, alongside fresh heavyweights like Jaideep Ahlawat as crime branch officer Rajveer Singh Tomar and Prakash Raj as a formidable courtroom advocate.

Penned by Abhishek Pathak, Aamil Keeyan Khan, and Parveez Shaikh, and backed by Panorama Studios, the blockbuster film Drishyam the conclusion is storming toward the Rs 500 crore club globally. It has already raked in an impressive Rs 489.74 crore worldwide in just 11 days, pulling in Rs 378.24 crore domestically alongside Rs 111.50 crore overseas.
