Actor Sumanth, has got his big supporting role break in Hanu Raghavapudi’s classical war-drama, as a focal character in Sita Ramam, a love saga set against the backdrop of a war. The first look released today, is very impactful.
The film’s creators today introduced Sumanth as a Brigadier Vishnu Sharma , who seem to play the role as a complex character with hitherto unseen hues.
For an actor who had played memorable roles in movies like Godavari and several other films spanning close to 2 decades, the role as Brigadier Sharma can be called a perfect supporting role debut.

Releasing the first look from his forthcoming film Sita Ramam Sumanth mentioned the shooting of his scenes took place in breathtaking locales of Kashmir and other parts of India was very challenging. He also mentioned working with his co-star Dulquer Salmaan was memorable.
