Sita Ramam directed by Hanu Raghavapudi is a war love saga set in the backdrop of 1950’s and 50’s directed by Hanu Raghavapudi is generating immense anticipation ever since the teaser and first look of the lead characters were released. The 2 songs which is out is equally mesmerising.
After release the impactful looks of Duqluer Salmaan as Lieutenent Ram, Mrunal Thakur as Sita and Rashimika Mandanna as the rebellious Afreen, the makers of the movie has revealed the look of another important characters ‘Balaji’ to be played by Tharun Bhascker.
Ashwini Dutt produces the film under Swapna Cinema while it’s presented by Vyjayanthi Movies. Vishal Chandrasekhar has composed the music for the film.
Tharun Bhascker as Balaji – First look created more buzz around Sita Ramam

The film features an enviable cast and the makers are aggressively promoting each of the characters over the last few weeks. Tharun Bhascker look just out has been introduced as Balaji. Wearing a yellow-tee and sipping a bottle of Gold Spot, the role promises an interesting one to watch out in the film.
The look released by the team has Tharun saying, “Balaji Hainaa.. Sab Sambhal Lega…” (Balaji will take care of everything). Sporting shades in a casual look, Tharun is effortlessly massy as Balaji and he has been putting the actor in him to good use in the recent past. Prakash Raj, Bhumika Chawla, Gautham Vasudev Menon and Rukmini Vijaykumar too play important roles in the film.
Cinematographed by PS Vinod and Shreyaas Krishnan, the film is edited by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao. Two songs – Oh Rama Hey Sita and Inthandham- is being loved by the music fans, and the teaser too sends out signals to movie goers, about an epic love story in the making. T
Sita Ramam, that marks the Telugu debut of Mrunal Thakur, will release simultaneously in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam languages on August 5. The film has been shot in exotic locales of Kashmir, and other beautiful places in India. The dialogues are written by Hanu Raghavapudi, Jay Krishna and Raj Kumar Kandamudi. Sunil Babu is the production designer and Sheetal Sharma is the costume designer.
