Salman Khan, in his statement, expressed fears of potential danger from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, citing previous incidents.
The actor’s statement has been officially recorded as part of the police chargesheet filed in connection with the shooting incident that occurred outside his Galaxy Apartment in Bandra on April 14. This information was confirmed by sources within the Mumbai Police, who stated that Salman Khan had officially testified on June 4 regarding the matter.
A special court in Mumbai, presided over by Judge B D Shelke, has acknowledged the police chargesheet against the six arrested individuals linked to the shooting incident. The accused, identified as Vickykumar Gupta, Sagarkumar Pal, Sonukumar Bishnoi, Mohd Rafiq Choudhary, and Harpal Singh, are facing serious charges including attempt to murder under IPC section 307, along with other charges such as criminal conspiracy under IPC section 120 (B) and offences under the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime (MCOC) Act and Arms Act.
The court, upon reviewing the extensive 1,735-page chargesheet submitted by the police, has found sufficient prima facie evidence to proceed against the accused. This includes confessional statements made under the MCOC Act, numerous panchanamas, and technical evidence compiled across three volumes of investigation documents.

Tragically, one of the accused, Anujkumar Thapan, reportedly died under mysterious circumstances while in police custody, raising additional questions surrounding the case. The remaining accused are currently in judicial custody following their arrests.
