May 18, 2024: Trinayani Actor Chandrakanth, known to many as Chandu, was reportedly found dead by suicide at his residence in Alkapur, Telangana, on Friday. This news comes just days after the tragic passing of his co-star and close friend, Pavitra Jayaram, in a car accident.
According to a statement by Chandrakanth’s father to the police, the actor had been struggling with depression in the aftermath of Pavitra’s death. Reports suggest Chandrakanth was discovered deceased at his Alkapur home in Rangareddy District. He reportedly shared the same residence with Pavitra, who died in a road accident on Sunday, May 12th. My beloved Pavi is gone, please come back”). His profile reflected a deep bond with Pavitra.
