Actress Aindrila Sharma’s, a very young and talented actress seven-year struggle with cancer and 20-day hospital stay came to a end on November 20. According to reports, the 24-year-old actress passed away following a brain stroke.

Aindrila, a cancer survivor, was raised and born in Berhampore, West Bengal. Anirban Chakraborti’s daughter was recently portrayed by Aindrila Sharma in the Zee Bangla Cinema original film “Bhole Baba Par Karega.”

In 2015, Aindrila Sharma was diagnosed for a Primitive Neuro-Ectodermal Tumor (PNET) in the spine and was treated. Aindrila’s life went off course in 2021 due to a relapse. After a valiant battle and numerous chemotherapy treatments, her cancer was pronounced to be eradicated.

Aindrila experienced a severe brain haemorrhage on November 1 and fell into a coma.

Aindrila’s friend Saurav Das wrote on Facebook, “She Won. She deserved a better place and better people (not all though) than this. She is happy and in a much more peaceful world. Mishti we love you, we will always do. And I’ll take care of my brother, your Sabya.”

Among other OTT productions, she portrayed the lead in “Jibon Jyoti” and “And Jiyon Kathi.” She made her television debut in the episode of “Jhumur” starring Sabyasachi Chowdhury. Apparently, she was dating Sabyasachi Chowdhury, as reported in the media.

Sabyasachi Chowdhury had earlier taken to social media to ask fans to pray for her. “I never thought that I would write this here. However, today is the day. Pray for Aindrila. Pray for a miracle. Pray for the supernatural. She is fighting against all odds, beyond human,” he wrote.
