Nayanthara, one of the most popular actresses in South Indian cinema, is reportedly unhappy with the director of her film Jawan, Atlee Kumar.
According to sources, Nayanthara was not satisfied with the way Atlee handled her role and the script of the film, which is a remake of the Tamil hit Thani Oruvan.
Nayanthara had agreed to do the film only because of her friendship with Atlee, who had directed her in two successful films, Raja Rani and Bigil.

She is currently focusing on her Tamil and Telugu films, where she enjoys a huge fan following and a strong market value.
Nayanthara has not commented on the issue publicly, but sources close to her have confirmed that she is very disappointed with Jawan and Atlee.
