May 9, 2024: On May 9, 2024: Actor Vijay Devarakonda treated himself with a new movie project that he signed with Mythri Movie Makers which officially announced Deverakonda’s next project, tentatively titled “#VD14.”

This film, directed by Rahul Sankrityan, promises to be a captivating period drama. What sets it apart is its multilingual release—it will hit screens not only in Telugu but also in Tamil, Kannada, and Hindi. Fans across India eagerly await this magnum opus.

Rahul Sankrityan had earlier collaborated with Vijay Deverakonda for Taxiwaala and later directed the Nani-Sai Pallavi starrer Shyam Singha Roy. His second project with Vijay is a drama set in the 19th century, about a short-lived hero who lived from 1854 to 1878.
