Raj Kundra made his first public appearance after he was was released on bail for being involved in a pornographic incident. He was seen visiting a temple with his wife and actress Shilpa Shetty.
Both husband and wife , Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty wore traditional yellow clothing while visiting a temple in Himachal Pradesh.
The Sessions Court in Mumbai granted Kundra bail after spending 60 days in prison. He was arrested on July 19th. The porn incident was arrested by Malwani police in western Malad after the bungalows where the pornographic content was filmed in the bungalows were attacked, and on February 5, FIR was charged against five defendants.

After a five-month investigation, Kundra was arrested and remained in police and judicial detention.
Mumbai police also recorded a statement by Shilpa Shettys as one of the witnesses to the incident on the supplementary invoice.
Silpa also issued a statement stating that she and her family were not worth hearing in the media.
The actress said she wouldn’t comment on the case because she was submissive, she also sought privacy from the media, and she said the past few days had been a challenge for her “in every way.”
A statement by Shilpa Shetty Kundras on her “rights of privacy” was issued after the Mumbai High Court was allegedly refusing to restrict the publication of reports spoken about her by media and social media platforms.
