Hardik Pandya is caught and stumped by a huge uncomforting allegation as the wife of a close associate of underworld leader Dawood Ibrahim has filed a complaint alleging rape molestation against high-ranking personalities in sports and politics, including Indian cricketer Hardik Pandya.
The wife of Riyaz Bhati, a follower of Dawood, has come forward with the complaint. Apart from Hardik Pandey, cricketer Munaf Patel, Congress leader Rajiv Shukla and Prithviraj Kothari were also accused of harassment.
Hardik Pandya Caught in Rape Allegation
According to media reports, the complaint filed on September 24, 2021 did not accurately state the place or date of the incident. Riyaz Bhatti married Dawood’s follower when he was 15 years old. According to the complaint, he was subsequently tortured.
Rehnuma Bhati, wife of Riyaz Bhati, who is allegedly an aide of Dawood Ibrahim, registered a complaint at Mumbai’s Santacruz police station alleging rape-molestation by her husband Riyaz Bhati, cricketers Munaf Patel, Hardik Pandya, Congress leader Rajeev Shukla, and Prithviraj Kothari, sources said.
Police are verifying the allegations and have not yet registered an FIR, sources added.
“The matter is under investigation ever since the complaint was registered by Rehnuma Bhati. But so far we have not found evidence with regard to the allegations,” said the sources.
The complaint alleges that several people, including businessmen and friends, abused her with her husband’s permission and threatened to kill her two children even if she did not comply with her husband’s demands.
Hardik Pandya and two friends were allegedly intoxicated during the act. She alleges that for the past 15 years, her husband has been forcing her to have sex with people from all walks of life.
