Vidya Balan Shows How To Turn Your Old Saree To Covid19 Mask; The actor who has been an ardent admirer of Indian Textiles and Saree, has come out with a Do It Yourself Video in which she demonstrates to her fans how to make a Home Made Mask using Old saree. It is very interesting easy and doable even by a novice.
Actors, celebrities everyone out there have been doing, sharing and talking to their fans in many different ways during the lock down moments. They are home , they are safe, the only thing they aren’t doing is ‘Lights, Camera and Action’ for their movie. But, sure they are using that experience to use it to good use. On the work front, Vidya Balan will be seen in ‘Shakuntala Devi‘ directed by Anu Menon, featuring Sanya Malhotra, Jisshu Sengupta alongside with her. She will also bee seen in Sherni under the director of Amit Masurkar.
The first look of the film Shakuntala Devi, with Vidya Balan as Shakuntala Devi, the human computer, donning short hair and in a red saree was well appreciated by her fans and many from the industry and media. The film based on the life of mathematics genius is set to release this year.
Announcing the release date through a video in Instagram earlier she wrote:
“Hi, everyone! I have some exciting news to share. The release date for Shakuntala Devi has been decided and it will release in exactly 148 days from now,” she said in the clip.
“Kya hua? Calculation nahi kar paa rahe? Kya laga, Shakuntala Devi hoon, aise hi bata dungi? Chalo, one more try. (What happened? Unable to calculate? Did you think Shakuntala Devi would give you the answer just like that? Okay, one more try),” she added.
Vidya gave fans yet another math problem – “A date which is a number 8, when added with the month and year number, again adds up to 8” – before relenting and revealing the answer in emojis. Shakuntala Devi will release on May 8, 2020.
