Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, the dynamic duo of Bollywood, seem all set to reprise their roles as Tiger and Zoya in yet another sequel, tentatively titled “Tiger 4.” The unofficial confirmation surfaced during their interaction on the sidelines of the ICC World Cup 2023 Final, where the pair not only discussed cricket but also hinted at their future cinematic endeavor.

Their conversation took an intriguing turn when Katrina Kaif lauded cricketer Virat Kohli for his unwavering dedication to the sport. In response, Salman Khan dropped a major clue about the possibility of the fourth installment in the blockbuster Tiger franchise. “And, you also saw from Tiger 1 to Tiger 3 na and that too at 57. Now wait for Tiger 4 at 60,” remarked Salman, evoking laughter from Katrina.

The duo’s banter unfolded amid promotions for their latest release, “Tiger 3,” which has been making waves in theaters worldwide. The movie has already crossed the impressive milestone of Rs 300 crore at the global box office. Despite its remarkable performance, Sunday’s box office numbers were affected due to the ICC World Cup 2023 final.

Katrina Kaif didn’t just limit her admiration to Virat Kohli’s cricketing prowess; she also praised his partner, Anushka Sharma, for being a pillar of support. “They (Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma) are such wonderful support to each other. You can see whenever Virat is playing, there is joy on her (Anushka’s) face, it’s beautiful to see that,” shared Katrina in an interaction quoted by IANS.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh revealed that “Tiger 3” has amassed an impressive Rs 214.25 crore domestically, with a Saturday collection of Rs 18.25 crore. However, the film’s Sunday earnings were impacted by the cricketing event.
