Following Ameen’s post, CM MK Stalin took to social media to offer his support. Stalin shared that he had personally spoken to the doctors attending to AR Rahman and was relieved to hear that the music maestro was in stable condition. “I heard about music maestro AR Rahman being admitted to the hospital. I spoke to the doctors attending him and enquired about his health. They said he is doing well and will be returning home soon. I was happy to hear this,” Stalin wrote.

However, Rahman’s team quickly dismissed these claims as “fake news.” “It’s fake news (on heart issues) spreading now. Rahman went to the hospital because he got dehydrated and has neck pain due to travel,” Rahman’s team confirmed.
According to reports from News Agencies, all tests conducted on the 58-year-old composer returned normal, and he is expected to be discharged from the hospital later today. Despite this, Rahman’s fans remained worried until the official update from his family and team confirmed his recovery.
AR Rahman, who is currently working on multiple music projects, was most recently seen performing with international artist Ed Sheeran during the Mathematics Tour concert in Chennai.
