Priyanka Chopra Donates 20,000 Footwear to Covid-19 Healthcare Workers; Every citizen of the world are chipping in their own ways to help the world combat Covid-19 both in India and elsewhere in the world.
Bollywood and Hollywood celebrities are equally committed and seem to be very concerned. They are staying at home yet they are doing things that will be symbolic, keep their fans cheered and also giving tips on how to keep the corona virus away from home.
After her participation in the world is one campaign curated by Lady Gaga, which generated millions of dollars in aid for covid containment efforts and for the support of health workers, we hear the Bollywood-Hollywood actress is providing help to healthcare workers in the US and an in India have access to 20,000 pairs of footwear.
The actress has reportedly helped provide 10,000 pairs to brave front-line workers in Los Angeles and sent out an additional 10,000 pairs to healthcare professionals in public/government hospitals across India.
In a social media post, Priyanka Chopra wrote , “I’m so proud to partner with them to give 10,000 pairs to healthcare workers at @cedarssinai in Los Angeles and 10,000 more to healthcare professionals in public/government hospitals across India.”
Her post stated “Healthcare professionals around the world are working everyday to ensure our safety and fighting for us on the frontlines. Their courage, commitment and sacrifices are saving innumerable lives in this global pandemic. 🙏🏽
While we cannot even imagine what’s it like to be in their shoes, over the past several weeks, @crocs has donated thousands of pairs to the heroes in these photos to ensure that they are not only comfortable in them, but safer in them too.
