Chinna Kansa easy to make, unlike Marudhanayagam – Kamal Haasan ; In a live interaction with his fans along with another actor Vijay Sethupathy, Kamal Haasan revealed interesting things about his dream project Marudhanayagan and another one called Chinna Kansa.
It was an interesting one and everyone seem to have loved it. Speaking about his project Marudhanayagan which got shelved and why, Kamal Haasan said, it is a role that is written for a 40 year old, and he somehow doesn’t fit in and if at all it has to be revived he need to find an actor who can fit into the character and of course he has to be 40 year old.
He went on to say it is a very challenging role and not an easy one. He was citing that Chinna Kansa, a ballad of sorts titled , based on demon Kansa (also called as Kamsa), uncle of Lord Krishna is rather an easy make unlike of Maarudhanayagan ( a movie which is big budget movie and if someone has to play it now, the script have to rewritten.

Before the lock down, Kamal Haasan was shooting for director Shankar’s Indian 2 . The actor has another project in pipeline, a film titled Thalaivan Irukkindran, which is reportedly a sequel to the actor’s super hit film, Thevar Magan.
