Panneer Selvam the director who made his debut with ‘Renigunta‘ in 2009, which went on to become a popular movie last directed Vijay Sethupathi and Tanya Rao starrer ‘Karuppan‘, and the 2017 village action drama which was also acclaimed by the masses.
While his movies tasted success , and positive reviews, he was off the movie radar for the last three years. He is back again , with his next and work on the project is in brisk progress. Reportedly, Popular director Lingusamy has launched the title of Panneer Selvam’s next film, and it has been titled ‘Iswarya Murugan‘.

The film is expected to be a woman centric film. The title shows shades of Aishwarya Rajesh’s character in the super hit cricket drama ‘Kanaa’, Aishwarya Murugaesan. The details of other cast is awaited and expected to be announced soon/
The title poster released by the makers outlines information about technical artists. Ganesh Raghavendra will be scoring music for the film, while the cinematography is to be handled by Arjun Jena. ‘Iswarya Murugan’ is produced by GR Venkatesh in association with K Vinoth.
