August 7, 2025: In a touching celebration of Rajinikanth’s 50-year journey in Indian cinema, a devoted fan named Karthik honored the legendary actor by decorating the Arulmigu Sri Rajini Temple in Madurai with more than 5,500 photographs of the superstar. The tribute, held on Thursday, also included traditional rituals and offerings.
The temple, dedicated to Rajinikanth and inaugurated a few years ago, houses a 300-kg statue of the actor.
