November 19, 2025: Contemporary Now, is bringing together India’s most influential galleries and their contemporary artworks to Hyderabad from November 21 st to 25 th at Spirit Connect, near RamaNaidu Studio, Film Nagar. This marks Contemporary Now’s first edition in Hyderabad, following its debut in Chennai.
Conceived as a mirror for Hyderabad, the exhibition is a presentation by Art Connect, Hyderabad, with Ashvita’s, a Chennai-based gallery in collaboration with Ojas Art, Asign, Archer Art Gallery and Art Alive Gallery.
Together, they bring curatorial depth and historical perspective to the exhibition, alongside other partner galleries. Invites viewers to engage with the pulse of Indian contemporary art as it is lived and shaped today.
The 5-day exhibition brings together 34 senior contemporary artists from five leading galleries, showcasing works that explore identity, memory, and everyday life through figuration and abstraction.
Each canvas, sculpture, and installation tells a layered story, of regional identities persisting in a globalized world, of cultural memory resurfacing through form and figure, of everyday lives rendered with honesty, poetry, and texture.
Fresh from their primary galleries, the artworks arrive ready to engage collectors and evoke a sense of shared cultural memory.
