September 1, 2026: Yash starrer Toxic has crossed the ₹220 crore mark in India within six days of its theatrical release, though the film saw a sharp slowdown at the box office on its first Monday.

The action thriller added an estimated ₹7.65 crore nett in India on Day 6, according to industry tracker Sacnilk. The figure represents a decline of around 66.7% from the previous day, when the film collected ₹23 crore nett.

Toxic opened with ₹101.10 crore nett on Day 1 before its daily collections dropped to ₹37.65 crore on Day 2 and ₹26.60 crore on Day 3. The film added ₹24.50 crore on Day 4 and ₹23 crore on Day 5.

With the latest figures, the Toxic’s six day India nett collection stands at ₹221.75 crore.

Toxic Reviews: Strong Start Fails to Sustain Box Office Momentum

The worldwide tally has reached ₹304.25 crore gross, including ₹265 crore from the Indian market and ₹39.25 crore from overseas markets.

Directed by Geetu Mohandas, Toxic features Yash alongside Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Huma Qureshi, Rukmini Vasanth and Tara Sutaria. The film was released across Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and English markets.

The film’s theatrical run has so far seen a strong opening followed by a steady decline in daily collections. Its first Monday performance will now be closely watched as the film moves into its second week.
